In the list of good changes :

1) working on new eclipse version.
2)  an increase in speed.
3) php 5.3 support
4) 64 bit system support and more and more

But one change was actually bad,  and I`m talking about removing iphone development plugin. I hope that Aptana developers will change they decision and in next update will add this necessary plugin.
