All the time that I want to use “sysinstall” for update or install new application on my freebsd system I got stucked with this message:

│ Can’t find the `6.2-RELEASE’ distribution on this │

│ FTP server. You may need to visit a different server for │

│ the release you are trying to fetch or go to the Options │

│ menu and to set the release name to explicitly match what’s │

│ available on ftp1.freebsd.org (or set to “any”).

How you can understand I use old release of freebsd so regular ftp useless for me. And all the time I spent hours to get right ftp, so here is ftp url to all old freebsd releases:

ftp://ftp-archive.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD-Archive/old-releases/i386/
